How do I reach Levanto when I need help?  We're available by phone at (248) 283-8775 or by e-mail.  Clients will receive an e-mail address that is checked frequently during business hours, and we will release a client-only mobile app in the next 6 months to make it easier for you to stay in touch with Levanto.

Where are you located?  Our main operations are headquartered in Troy, MI and our executive office is located in Palo Alto, CA.  Please contact us if you'd like to visit.

What is your privacy and confidentiality policy?  We take confidentiality very seriously.  Please visit our Privacy page.

What if I want to quit?  You can quit at any time.  Any unused pre-paid fees will be refunded to you ratably for the period with which they apply.  Fees paid for services rendered are non-refundable.

Do you provide tax, insurance, or investment advice?  No.  We don't provide tax, insurance, or investment advice and products.  We are independent household financial experts with your best interests in mind.

Are you a family office?  No.  Although we provide family office services that are usually only available to high net worth individuals ($5M+) we provide cash flow management, bill pay, forecasting, and monitoring without the hefty fee.

Will I lose control over my money?  No.  In fact, most of our clients report having more control.  Levanto never has the authorization to withdraw your money.  Our financial data aggregation technology is read-only and is backed by bank-level security provided by Intuit.
